Handmade Items - Clothing & Homeware

Clothing and homeware items which are made to order are not eligible for refunds/replacements. This is due to the fact that we do not hold stock and make every single item to order.

If items are lost or stolen during shipment then we will contact the shipping provider and do our best to find a solution for you.

Ready To Ship Items - Cards, Prints etc.

We can offer refunds and replacements on ready to ship items such as prints. You must provide proof of loss/damage in the form of a photograph via email. We will send replacements out as quickly as we can but please be aware this may take longer during busy periods.
